Tutu Lab Diamonds is a lab-grown diamond jewelry studio with source factory access. We support small-batch custom orders for rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and anniversary gift sets.
Share the product type, metal, diamond specifications, MOQ, budget, and delivery city by WhatsApp. We confirm design details, stone options, quote, production timeline, QC, and shipping before production begins.
IGI/GIA certificate options can be arranged for selected center stones or order requirements. Certificate availability, timing, and cost are confirmed together with the quote.
Orders are currently handled by inquiry first. Payment method, deposit ratio, production cycle, and balance payment are confirmed in writing before each order proceeds.
Shipping method, insurance, delivery timeline, freight cost, and import duties are confirmed per destination and order value. Buyers may be responsible for local import duties and taxes.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally final sale unless a confirmed quality issue is found. Final return, exchange, or repair terms are confirmed before payment.
